About

IMG_6224 edited smlI am a coach and mediator, who is passionate about helping people who find themselves stuck – whether in the broader sense of their work-life career, in a conflict, or in a work performance or satisfaction rut – to develop the skills and awareness to move themselves forward with confidence.

My coaching work includes working with individuals as private clients or via organisational arrangements; as well as working with groups in the delivery of career guidance and self awareness workshops.  I have provided support to hundreds of clients from many industries, with a broad spread of age and work experience.

My mediation work is primarily within corporate / organisational settings.

My work in career coaching and mediation leverages over twenty years experience (ten as a senior executive) in corporate leadership and management roles within HR, Finance and Shared Services.  My people leadership experience ranges from small, flat team structures to large teams of 230 staff and leading leaders.

I also have a history of involvement in sport at the highest level, being a dual Australian representative in the paddling sports of Canoe Polo and Dragon Boating; as well as Coach of the Australian Women’s Canoe Polo Team since 2018.  These experiences also inform my approach to coaching and mediation.
